The vanilla ring became part of the Danish Christmas repertoire in the mid-1800s and is today a classic cookie. The vanilla ring is an integrated part of the Danish Christmas baking traditions, but this cookie has also found its way into the all year assortment. The vanilla ring is characterized by the fragrance and taste of the sweet and lovely vanilla. They are sprayed into round circles with the characteristic grooves, and we bake them both in small and large sizes. It is also possible to choose a recipe with or without butter, depending on which flavour you are looking for.
