Truffles are an old-fashioned bakery classic and a real Danish specialty. It is safe to say that every bakery has its own recipe.

At Coronet, our truffles are made from various cake from our production, which are mixed together with cocoa before we add rum for the flavour. Finally, they are rolled with sprinkles, which gives a bit of a crunch to the otherwise soft cake.

The truffles are packed in a conveniently divided tray so they are ready to eat. Everybody loves a truffle!
