The Chocolate chip Cookie is a treat, which is good for any occasion all year round. This cookie is a small, thick, round and crispy cookie, which became popular in Denmark for over hundred years ago.

In our variation, we have added small chocolate chips in the vanilla dough, this gives the popular cookie a nice depth and sweetness. The cookies has a crisp and crunchy surface. A nice treat for an afternoon brake.
