Danish macaroons are a delicious and crunchy sugar cookie that can either be eaten alone or used in various cakes and desserts. Especially in a traditional Danish apple pie or in a trifle, you find that macaroons are an essential ingredient.

Macaroons consist of few ingredients, mainly sugar, egg whites, a bit of flour and almond flavour. These ingredients all helps to give our macaroons a very crisp, light and airy texture.

Our macaroons can be packed as you wish. They can be produced in our Coronet brand, or in your own private label.
