Klejner belongs to Christmas as well and is well known in Denmark. Klejner is shaped with our custom-made production facility so that the small biscuits get the characteristic loop shape they require.
At Coronet, we fry them in rapeseed oil, which gives them a nice taste and the oil provides them with a hard surface and a nice and soft texture inside. The biscuits consist mainly of simple ingrediens such as eggs, sugar, and cream and wheat flour.
We can offer both an organic and a conventional version of the classic Danish Christmas biscuit. They are packed in a clear cake container so that the beautiful biscuit is displayed.
